Connect Wii to the Internet Tutorial
To connect the wii to internet is needed the device:
1. internet network
2. wireless router / wireless AP
network model that can be used there are two:
a. ISP - modem adsl - router wifi
b. ISP - adsl modems - PC - wifi access point
if a model can automatically direct, if the model used to b must enable ICS
the setting is here:
setting on the PC for ICS:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click the "Network Connection"
3. select the LAN adapter which is connected to the internet network
4. advanced -> trus aktifkan "Internet Connection Sharing"">go to properties -> advanced -> then enable "Internet Connection Sharing"
Settings on the Wii:
1. From the wii home menu
2. select the Wii option (bottom left)
3. then select the wii settings (picture right)
4. go to page 2 and select Internet (row 3)
5. select the connection settings (line 1)
6. choose new connection if the connection has never done
7. select the wireless connection (line 1)
8. select search from the access point (line 1)
9. wii will display the available access point, select one of your own
10. enter the information requested, after that the wii will do the test connection
11. if you have connected the wii will ask if want to update an
12. select No if you do not want
13. wii is connected to the internet
